Why You Should Attend
There are a lot of reasons to come to the Festival. You want to learn how to gain access, work with land managers, or simply enjoy some darn fine singletrack, this is the event for you.
We all need trails to ride on. And we all want more and better trails. So the information presented at the Festival is based on tangible advocacy results. Proven results!
What is it?The Midwest Mountain Bike Festival is an annual event that draws mountain bikers from 14 states throughout the Midwest.
It's purpose is to get midwest mountain bikers together to talk about trails, learn from each other, ride bikes, drink some beer, and have a really good time.
We’re inviting land managers to attend so they can share their experiences and tell us the best ways to work with them, and we’ll inform them about all the important things we have to offer for the lands they manage. We’ll work hand-in-hand to exchange ideas, develop future plans and make our trails better for everyone.
For more information about the events being held, head on over to the Schedule page.
When you sign up for the Festival you will automatically be entered into these 2 events:

1. Points Style/Skill/Race Entry
This year you will accumulate points based on your attendance and participation of all the events. The points series begins on Friday and end Saturday night, so come early. The fastest person doesn't automatically win, however. The invisible judges will review skill, style and other "flair" when weighting the points. The big prize is a Fuji Diamond RC 3" travel frame donated by Touring Cyclist and Fuji.
2. Night Time-Trial
This time-trial will not necessarily be by-the-numbers either. The fastest doesn't mean "overall winner" here. For those who participate they will have a chance to win 1 of 2 Light & Motion Solo light systems. Specialized is donating 4 "big" prizes for the NTT but they have kept mum on them. We don't even know what they are yet! Light & Motion will also have 25 demo lights on hand for participants.
And Don't Forget About the Raffle!
For a mere $1 per ticket or 6 for $5 you can enter yourself into this year's killer raffle. There will be a ton of raffle giveaways including several high-end prizes including a custom Steelhead SS frame, a Karate Monkey, New Belgium Fat Tire Flyer and an Electra Jeremy Chopper Cruiser. Check out the raffle page for additional info!
