These sponsors have made the 2006 Midwest Mountain Bike Festival a reality. Without their contributions the event would not be possible. Sponsors Overview

St. Charles County Parks has committed the entire Klondike facility for the weekend. This amounts to several thousand dollars on their part. St. Charles County is striving to become the “mountain bike Mecca” for the Midwest, they are committed to this and have a long range plan to add several more mile of trails in area parks over the next few years.

Several National-level companies have already committed resources to the 2006 MMBF: Kona Bicycles, New Belgium Brewing, Trek Bicycles, Gary Fisher Bicycles, and Bobcat Equipment to name just a few. In addition, IMBA has committed sponsorship as well as attendance. Possible sponsors returning from last year are Quality Bicycle Products, Surly Bikes, Salsa, Specialized, and Shimano/Bianchi.

Most of these sponsors are not just attending; they're adding this to their marketing calendar and promoting this event. They're also providing giveaways, another hallmark of any mountain bike event, there'll be giveaways at the big raffle on Saturday, in addition to prizes for specific contests/competitions/etc...

Most of the sponsors will also have a presence in the “goodie bag” that's given to each registrant. This is another great opportunity for exposure as a sponsor, direct advertising to people who will spend the whole weekend in the area.
